As part of a well-rounded education, West High Athletics provides our student athletes with a wide variety of opportunities to excel. In conjunction with the West Athletic Council (WAC), our programs are supported by cultivating a positive culture and environment for our student athletes to succeed in both sports and academics.

The West High Athletic Department strives to promote community, team, character, and sportsmanship. So whether our students are on the court, the field, the track, or in the classroom--our goals always remain the same. 

West High School competes as a Class 5A school and is a member of the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA).
